Today, if you really want to free your mind, stop worrying. Wondering how? I’ll tell ya. But before I do, approach what I’ll say with an open mind. I am about to tell you that the recipe for stopping worry, is learning to have faith in something or someone. Now, what do I mean by that? I mean to say that you need to start believing in what you cannot see. And, I do not mean this in a religious way (although that, too, might work for you).
Here, I am saying that you should start believing that only the best is yet to come in your future. This is quite hard to do when life is not going well for you. But, let me honestly guarantee you that this is the only way out.
Just try this believing thing, for a week, and see for yourself.
Mentally repeat to yourself that it is only going to get better.
Do this 2 times a day. Test this out. If you do not like it, you can always seek other ways to improve your life. But, for now, before you read anything else, take a piece of paper and make a note to yourself.
“From now on, I start believing in a better future for myself. I trust that things are only going to improve. I trust that I have what it takes to get myself where I want to be. I let go of all worries. I let go of what happened in the past. I seriously trust that what I cannot see now is not too far away from me.”
Read this to yourself 2 times a day. Start doing this today. Because it works.
