Fear is one the greatest inhibitors in the human body. Fear is what kept us alive years ago, when our ancestors would tread predator-infested jungles. So whatever we fear controls us. Not because it is as dangerous as we perceive it to be. Just because fear amplifies perceived danger.
So if you must learn anything from this, this it my personal testimony.
